Katherine Rodriguez Rivera, Esq.
Katherine Rodriguez Rivera, Esq., was born in Puerto Rico and has been a part of the Central Florida community since grade school. She graduated from the University of Central Florida majoring in Criminal Justice/Legal Studies in 2005. After several years working as a paralegal, she commenced law school at Barry University School of Law. While at Barry Law, Katherine was an Associate Editor and Senior Editor for the notable Barry Law Review. She also represented Barry Law as a member of the Hispanic American Law Students Association.
In the Spring of 2014, Katherine was the recipient of the Book Award in Legal Research and Writing 2 for receiving the highest grade, including preparing an appellate brief and oral argument. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Barry Law in 2016 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2017.
While attending law school Katherine worked as a paralegal for the Law Office of Frederic E. Waczewski, P.A. and upon passing the Florida Bar became an Associate Attorney working alongside Frederic Waczewski, Esq. Katherine focuses on the areas of personal injury, civil matters, including business and contracts. Katherine has successfully settled numerous auto accident cases and zealously advocates for her clients’ rights.
